About Dr. Mandy Crow

Dr. Mandy Crow is a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician with over 15 years of healthcare experience. She has lived in Louisiana her whole life and, while she loves to travel and visit new places, she always enjoys returning home. She has recently expanded her medical licensing to include both Louisiana and Texas.

After six years practicing in a traditional medical clinic, Dr. Crow opened her own Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic, Aline Health , in 2019 to offer more personalized healthcare the the Shreveport metro area and beyond. She is passionate about preventing and reversing chronic illnesses and emphasizes empowering individuals to take control of their health. While her Direct Primary Care clinic remains a top priority and continues to grow, her focus has recently shifted to a deeper understanding of brain health. Witnessing the devastating effects of dementia in her own family and on patients, caregivers, and communities, Dr. Crow is excited to open a virtual clinic focused on the prevention of dementia and optimizing metabolic health.

This clinic will combine her expertise in primary care and metabolic health with the latest tools and research on lowering the risk of dementia, providing comprehensive assessments for those interested in a proactive approach to brain health.

Dr. Crow graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She obtained her medical degree from LSU Shreveport Medical School and completed her family practice residency in Lake Charles at a community-based hospital associated with Louisiana State University.

In her spare time, Dr. Crow enjoys being a wife and mom. She loves spending time with friends and family, reading, antiquing, traveling, gardening, volunteering at church, and relaxing on Caddo Lake. Dr. Crow is also dedicated to public education and strives to advance healthcare towards chronic disease prevention.
